Quote requests called back within a minute, even mid-job.

Dialessa rings homeowners back while they are still comparing quotes, confirms the job, the property and the suburb, and books the site visit into your calendar. Then it follows up the old quotes that never went ahead.

  • Calls new quote requests within a minute, inside your calling hours
  • Confirms the job, property type, suburb and timing before it offers a time
  • Books site visits into your calendar while the homeowner is on the line
  • Follows up old quotes, with current consent, on a schedule you set

Australian mobiles only. The demo rings it straight away.

We use your name, mobile, email and business name to place this call and to follow up by text and email. With your request we keep the time, your IP address and the page and campaign that brought you, as the record of what you agreed to. Your details are never sold or added to a calling campaign, and you can have them deleted by emailing hello@dialessa.com.

The problem

The first one to call back gets the job.

Homeowners send the same quote request to several companies at once. Whoever rings first sets the appointment, and the rest are calling someone who has already booked.

Called back hours later

Quote requests land while you and the crew are on the tools, and by the time someone rings back after knock-off, the homeowner has booked someone else.

With DialessaNew quote requests are called within a minute in calling hours, while the homeowner is still deciding who to book.

Paid leads going to waste

You pay for every quote request your ads bring in, and each one that waits hours for a call back is money spent on a job someone else wins.

With DialessaQuote requests from your website form and Google lead forms are called within a minute in calling hours and qualified, so more of that ad spend ends in a booked site visit.

Old quotes never followed up

Quotes that did not go ahead sit in your job system, and nobody has time to ring them all to ask whether the homeowner is still keen.

With DialessaIt calls back homeowners from old quotes whose consent is still current, on a schedule you set, and books a fresh site visit with anyone ready to go ahead.

How it works

From quote request to booked site visit.

Four steps, and once it is set up, the crew never has to down tools.

Set up

Connect your quote requests

Connect your website’s quote form, Google lead forms and the Cal.com calendar it books into, and upload old quotes for homeowners whose consent is still current as a CSV export from your job system.

Within a minute

It calls

A new quote request is called within a minute, inside your calling hours. One that lands outside them is called as soon as they next open.

On the call

It qualifies

It asks the questions you set with us: the job, the property type, the suburb and when the homeowner wants the work done.

Booked

It books

It offers times that are free in your calendar and books the site visit before the homeowner hangs up.

A call, end to end

A split-system quote, called back and booked.

A homeowner asks for a quote on a split-system air conditioner and is called back within a minute. Written to show the shape of the conversation, not a recording of a real call. The demo call at the top of the page lets you hear the voice on your own phone; it does not follow this script.

Hi Daniel, it’s Ava from Dialessa, calling on behalf of Bluewren Air about the split-system quote you just asked for. I’m an AI assistant, and I’d like to record this call for them. Is that okay?

0:12
Daniel

Yeah, that was quick. That’s fine.

0:15
Dialessa

Thanks. Is it a new install, or replacing an old unit?

0:19
Daniel

New install, for the main bedroom.

0:22
Dialessa

Got it. Is it a house or an apartment, and which suburb is it in?

0:27
Daniel

Single-storey house, in Reservoir.

0:31
Dialessa

Thanks, Reservoir is in the area Bluewren covers. When were you hoping to have it in?

0:36
Daniel

Before summer, ideally. Roughly what does one cost?

0:40
Dialessa

It depends on the unit and where the outdoor part goes, so I won’t guess. The technician will look at that at the site visit and give you a proper quote.

0:49
Daniel

Fair enough.

0:51
Dialessa

I’ve got Wednesday at 3 or Friday at 8 in the morning. Which works?

0:55
Daniel

Friday morning.

0:57
Dialessa

Booked for Friday at 8, at the address on your quote request. You’ll get an email confirming it shortly.

Called in 41 seconds Job: new split-system install Suburb: in the service area Site visit booked

Two ways to use it

New quote requests now, old quotes next.

Speed wins the new jobs. A follow-up call wins back the ones that slipped.

Speed to lead

Call new quote requests within a minute

Quote requests from your website form and Google lead forms are called while the homeowner is still comparing, qualified on the call and booked for a site visit.

  • Out-of-area jobs politely turned away, not booked
  • Site visits booked straight into your calendar
  • After-hours requests called as soon as your hours open

Reactivation

Win back the quotes that went quiet

Quotes that never went ahead and past customers due for a service get a call on a schedule you set, about the quote they asked for or the service that is due.

  • Booked site visits land in the same calendar as new jobs
  • Past customers due for a service called in a campaign you schedule
  • Called only with consent you confirm is current when you upload

Questions

What tradies ask.

QuestionAnswer
Does it work with Hipages, Facebook lead ads or our job management software? Not directly. It calls new quote requests from your website’s quote form and Google lead forms, and old quotes come in as a CSV export from your job system. Site visits are booked into a Cal.com calendar, which syncs with Google Calendar or Outlook. It does not write back into job management software such as ServiceM8 or simPRO.
Will it book jobs outside our service area? No. It asks for the suburb early in the call, and when the job is outside the area you cover it says so politely and does not book it. You give us the suburbs you cover when we set up the campaign. Out-of-area requests are still called, so they use a little of your minutes, but they are not booked.
What happens to quote requests that come in after hours? They are called as soon as your calling hours next open, so they are rung first thing instead of waiting for someone to get to them after knock-off. You choose the hours, as late as 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays, so evening requests can still be called the same day. A request that lands on a Sunday or a national public holiday is called on the next calling day.
Can it give rough pricing, or leave that to us?Only with prices you give it. By default it leaves pricing to you: it explains that the technician will price the job at the site visit, and books one. If you want it to mention set prices, such as a call-out fee, give us the figures including GST, the way homeowners have to be quoted, and it is set up to use only those.
Is it allowed? What about the Do Not Call Register, consent and calling hours?Dialessa is for calling people who have asked to hear from you: someone who has just enquired, or homeowners from old quotes and past customers whose consent is still current. Calling someone back about an enquiry they just made is not telemarketing under the Do Not Call Register rules, and current consent lets you call a number that is on the register, so numbers are not checked against it. Consent given without a stated period lapses after three months, so you confirm it is still current when you add leads. Calls only go out inside the legal hours, weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm in the lead’s own time, never on a Sunday or a national public holiday. The default is weekdays 9am to 5:30pm, you can widen it to those limits or tighten it, and an enquiry that lands outside your hours is called as soon as they open. Every call says it is an AI, who it is calling for and why, and asking it to stop ends the call straight away.
Does it sound robotic?Hear for yourself: put your mobile in at the top of this page and it rings you now. It runs on Google’s Gemini Live, which listens and replies in one step, keeps its turns short and speaks with an Australian accent. It also tells homeowners up front that it is an AI assistant, so nobody is caught out.
What if a lead asks something it can’t answer? It is set up not to guess, make promises or answer beyond what you have given it. Anything it cannot answer, it says you will cover at the site visit, and it carries on with the booking.
Can I listen to the calls?Yes, whenever the lead agrees. Each call asks to record at the start and says the recording goes to you, a lead who says no is not recorded, and anyone who asks it to stop recording part way through gets that straight away. Each recording and its transcript sit with the lead, so you know exactly what was said before you speak to them. The recordings are yours, not ours.

Talk to a person

Book thirty minutes with the founder.

The demo call tells you how it sounds. This tells you whether it fits your leads and your market, with straight answers on the call instead of a follow-up email.

  • Whether your lead volume and how fast you call back today make this worth it. Sometimes you are already quick enough, and hearing that now is cheaper than hearing it in month two
  • How your enquiries reach Dialessa, how bookings land in your calendar through Cal.com, and which past leads to bring across as a CSV
  • The opener, the objections and the two to four qualifying questions for your offer. You know your customer, I know what the agent can handle, and we draft them together
  • Contracts, Do Not Call Register compliance, GST invoicing against your ABN, and anything else you need in writing

There is no sales team to be handed to. You get the person who builds it, so a question about how it works gets answered on the call rather than after it.
