For mortgage and finance brokers
Borrower enquiries called back within a minute.
Dialessa rings new enquiries while the borrower is still comparing brokers, confirms what the loan is for, the rough amount and the timeframe, and books a discovery call in your calendar. It books, you advise: it is set up never to discuss rates, products or how much someone can borrow.
- Calls new online enquiries within a minute, inside your calling hours
- Confirms loan purpose, rough amount, timeframe and pre-approval status
- Books the discovery call into your calendar while the borrower is on the phone
- Set up to stay out of advice: no rates, products, lenders or borrowing capacity
The problem
The first broker to call gets the conversation.
A purchased lead can cost $50 to $150 or more, and the same person is often filling in forms on several sites. Every minute before the first call is a minute another broker can use.
Paid leads go to the fastest broker
Shared leads are sold to several brokers at once, and the borrower usually talks to whoever rings first. If you call back after your next client meeting, someone else probably already has.
With DialessaEnquiries sent to Dialessa are called within a minute in your calling hours, while the borrower is still waiting to hear back.
Enquiries land during client meetings
Enquiries come in while you are with a client or on the phone to a lender, and you cannot step out to ring them.
With DialessaIt rings them, qualifies them and books the discovery call into your calendar, so when your meeting ends the appointment is already there.
The CRM is full of untouched leads
Old enquiries, expired pre-approvals and clients coming off fixed rates sit in your CRM, because nobody has time to ring them all.
With DialessaUpload the ones with current consent to hear from you, and it calls them on a schedule you set and books a discovery call or loan review with the ones ready to talk.
How it works
From enquiry to booked discovery call.
After setup, your part starts when the discovery call is booked.
Connect your enquiries
Send enquiries from your website forms, Google lead forms or any lead provider that can post to a webhook, and upload old enquiries and clients coming off fixed rates, where consent is current, as a CSV export from your CRM.
It calls
A new enquiry is called within a minute, inside your calling hours, by an AI assistant that says up front what it is, who it is calling for and why. One that lands after hours is called as soon as your hours open.
It qualifies
It asks the two to four questions you set with us, such as whether they are buying or refinancing, the rough loan amount, the timeframe and whether they have pre-approval.
It books
It offers times that are free in your calendar and books the discovery call through Cal.com, which syncs with Google and Outlook. Everything about the loan itself is left to you.
A call, end to end
A borrowing enquiry, called back and booked.
Someone fills in a "how much can I borrow" form and is called back within a minute. Written to show the shape of the conversation, not a recording of a real call. The demo call at the top of the page lets you hear the voice on your own phone; it does not follow this script.
Hi Priya, it’s Ava from Dialessa, calling on behalf of Ridgeline Home Loans about the borrowing form you just filled in. I’m an AI assistant, and I’d like to record this call for them. Is that okay?
Oh, sure.
Thanks. Are you looking to buy, or to refinance a loan you already have?
Buy. Our first place, hopefully.
Exciting. Roughly what price range are you looking at, and when are you hoping to buy?
Around seven hundred thousand, in the next three months.
And do you have a pre-approval yet?
No. So how much could we actually borrow?
That’s exactly what the broker works out with you, from your income and expenses, so I won’t guess. Would a 30-minute call with them this week help?
Yes, that would be good.
I’ve got Tuesday at 12:30 or Thursday at 5. Which suits?
Thursday at 5.
Done, Thursday at 5. You’ll get an email confirmation shortly with the details.
Two ways to use it
New enquiries, and the clients you already have.
Speed wins new enquiries. A good reason to call, like a fixed rate ending, helps you keep the clients already on your books.
Speed to lead
Call new enquiries within a minute
Enquiries from your website forms and calculators, Google lead forms and any lead provider that can post to a webhook are called while the borrower is still shopping around, then qualified and offered a discovery call.
- Purpose, rough amount, timeframe and pre-approval confirmed
- Discovery calls booked into your calendar
- Set up never to discuss rates, products or borrowing capacity
Reactivation
Re-engage old enquiries and clients coming off fixed rates
Expired pre-approvals, enquiries that went quiet and clients coming off fixed rates, where their consent to hear from you is still current, get a call on a schedule you set to book a discovery call or loan review with you.
- Clients coming off a fixed rate called to book a loan review
- Expired pre-approvals asked whether they are still buying
- Only people with current consent to hear from you go on the list
Questions
What brokers ask.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Does it give credit assistance or advice? | No. It books, you advise: credit assistance stays with you. It is set up never to discuss interest rates, recommend a product or lender, say how much someone can borrow or guess whether they would be approved. If a borrower asks, it explains that is what the discovery call with you is for, and offers to book it. The calls are made on your behalf, so each recorded call has a transcript you can check. |
| Does it connect to my CRM or aggregator software? | Not directly. New enquiries reach Dialessa from your website forms, Google lead forms or any lead provider that can post to a webhook, and we will check yours with you before you start. Old enquiries and existing clients with current consent come in as a CSV export from your CRM or aggregator software. It does not write back into your CRM: booked calls land in your calendar through Cal.com, which syncs with Google and Outlook. |
| Can it call clients whose fixed rate is expiring? | Yes. Upload the clients whose fixed rate ends soon and whose consent to hear from you is current, and it calls them in your calling hours to book a loan review with you. It is set up not to discuss rates, or whether to refix, refinance or stay put, on the call: that is what the review is for. Reactivation campaigns start on the Starter plan. |
| Is it allowed? What about the Do Not Call Register, consent and calling hours? | Dialessa is for calling people who have asked to hear from you: someone who has just enquired, or old enquiries and past clients whose consent is still current. Calling someone back about an enquiry they just made is not telemarketing under the Do Not Call Register rules, and current consent lets you call a number that is on the register, so numbers are not checked against it. Consent given without a stated period lapses after three months, so you confirm it is still current when you add leads. Calls only go out inside the legal hours, weekdays 9am to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm in the lead’s own time, never on a Sunday or a national public holiday. The default is weekdays 9am to 5:30pm, you can widen it to those limits or tighten it, and an enquiry that lands outside your hours is called as soon as they open. Every call says it is an AI, who it is calling for and why, and asking it to stop ends the call straight away. |
| Does it sound robotic? | Hear for yourself: put your mobile in at the top of this page and it rings you now. It runs on Google’s Gemini Live, which listens and replies in one step, keeps its turns short and speaks with an Australian accent. It also tells borrowers up front that it is an AI assistant, so nobody is caught out. |
| What if a lead asks something it can’t answer? | It is set up not to guess, make promises or answer beyond what you have given it. Anything it cannot answer, it says you will cover in the discovery call, and it carries on with the booking. |
| Can I listen to the calls? | Yes, whenever the lead agrees. Each call asks to record at the start and says the recording goes to you, a lead who says no is not recorded, and anyone who asks it to stop recording part way through gets that straight away. Each recording and its transcript sit with the lead, so you know exactly what was said before you speak to them. The recordings are yours, not ours. |

Talk to a person
Book thirty minutes with the founder.
The demo call tells you how it sounds. This tells you whether it fits your leads and your market, with straight answers on the call instead of a follow-up email.
- Whether your lead volume and how fast you call back today make this worth it. Sometimes you are already quick enough, and hearing that now is cheaper than hearing it in month two
- How your enquiries reach Dialessa, how bookings land in your calendar through Cal.com, and which past leads to bring across as a CSV
- The opener, the objections and the two to four qualifying questions for your offer. You know your customer, I know what the agent can handle, and we draft them together
- Contracts, Do Not Call Register compliance, GST invoicing against your ABN, and anything else you need in writing
There is no sales team to be handed to. You get the person who builds it, so a question about how it works gets answered on the call rather than after it.

Nothing to prepare. If you would rather write first, hello@dialessa.com reaches the same person.
Be the first broker they hear from
Put your mobile in at the top of the page and Dialessa will ring you now, or book thirty minutes to see how it would work with your leads.
Dialessa is built and run in Australia. Lead records are stored in Sydney. During a call, the audio and the details the agent needs for it are processed by a speech model hosted in the United States, which is disclosed in our privacy policy and in every customer agreement.
